1. When will my items be shipped?

Orders are shipped out daily.  Most orders ship within 48 hours.  The exception to this are pre-order or custom orders.  Pre-orders estimated arrival will be indicated at time of purchase.  Custom orders typically take four to six weeks but we will reach out to confirm with you. 

2. How can I track my order?

When orders have shipped an email will be sent to the email address supplied with all necessary tracking information.

3. Do you offer coupon codes?

Yes!  At various times through out the year special coupon codes will be sent to our VIP customers .  Please make sure to join our mailing list.  Be the first to hear our new styles and events.  Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram. 

4.  What is your return policy?

5. What is a pre-order?

Here at Trump Diamond Jewelry you are buying direct from the manufacturer.  At certain times of the season we offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order their favorite styles.  By offering pre-orders to our customers  it allows them to secure their favorite styles and sizes. All pre-orders will be indicated on the product page along with the anticipated ship date.  

6.  My order arrived incomplete what now?

There can be times if multiple styles or sizes are ordered they may be shipped separately.  We do not hold your order till all styles are available.  This will be noted on your packing slip.

7.  This purchase is a gift.  Are personalized gift cards available to accompany my purchase?

Yes! At checkout just indicate that you would like a gift card enclosed.  Don't forget to write the message you would like written on the card. 

8.  Are store gift cards available?

Yes!  Gift cards can be the perfect gift.  Here at Trump Diamond Jewelry, gift cards never expire and silly monthly charges are never incurred. 

9.  What is your privacy policy?
